Original Keyless didn't ship an in-stock item for 73 days. Refuses to issue a refund.

DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS! I ordered an item that was listed as in-stock and Original Keyless did not ship it for 73 days in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Mail and Telephone Order Rule. I had thought the order was canceled because Original Keyless failed to respond to three separate emails, including 2 requests to cancel the order due to the shipping delay. I refused to accept delivery of the package and as of 7/2/2013 Original Keyless has refused/failed to issue a refund even though they are in possession of the merchandise. If you have any correspondence with Original Keyless you will notice that they go to great lengths to avoid using the first or last name of a person. This includes their response to complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and Arizona Attorney General that were forwarded to me by the respective agencies. The person that picked up the package that was sent back to Original Keyless signed the delivery confirmation as James Kozlowski. The Better Business Bureau lists the principal as "Mr. Doug Vanpatten". The Better Business Bureau closed my complaint as unresolved determining that Original Keyless "...has not adequately addressed the issues you presented or made a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute." If you are a victim of Original Keyless please take the time to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General. While you're at it head over to the FTC website and copy/paste your complaint there too. They will only be stopped if enough people complain. Also, dispute the charges with your credit card company. Of course the easiest course of action is to AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH ORIGINAL KEYLESS.

I have had a similar experience with this company, and agree that they are nothing more than scam artists. They are not bashful about ripping people off.

I, too, complained to the BBB, FTC and the Ariz. AG, but with little success. The Ariz. AG's office seemed somewhat reluctant to do much of anything at the time.

Hopefully, if enough people take the time to file complaints, they will open an investigation and shut these people down. In the mean time, I would simply warn potential customers to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ORIGINAL KEYLESS!!!

Original Keyless intentionally sold me a remote that they KNEW could not be programmed and then refused to refund my money even when I followed the ridiculous procedures...and the worst part about it...my credit card company CITIBANK went along with the whole scam! I had a similar experience with this company. However, if it's any consolation, the Arizona St. AG's office is FINALLY taking action against Original Keyless for fraudulent business practices, and as of now, they are no longer in business!!

Original keyless are thieves. They robbed me

In august 2011 I bought a replacement and emergency keys for my car, invoice # 0000029022. I live in Venezuela and the keys were going to be shipped to Oak Brook, Illinois were my wife was spending a summer vacation. They charged my card $107,48 but I never got them, they even had the balls saying that usps lost them and it was my responsability to complain to them. They responded one of my mails september 1st saying that the keys were at the usps office and that was not true, I called and talked to the usps people three times and my wife went four times, after that they never responded any of my mails. They are thieves, the authorities should do something about it.

I have had a similar bad experience with this company. They are not bashful about scamming people out of their money. I wish the Arizona AG's office would investigate them and shut them down!

The Arizona AG has finally taken action against Original Keyless for fraudulent business practices, and as of now, they are no longer in business. If you were scammed out of money by these *** artists, you should notify the Arizona AG's office.

OriginalKeyless, terrible company, lousy customer service, frauds!!!!!

I ordered a remote/key from Original Keyless, one week later after ordering, I didn't hear from the company on my order, and I cancelled my order, via Email. Wrote them, called them with no replies from them. ONE month later, they took out the $127.49 from my account! Six weeks later, no remote/key, no communication replies from the company, and my money gone. I finally filed a complaint with my bank, and got notification my money will be returned today. They found the company at fault of fraud! Stay away from this company, they are BAD news! Check out the BBB of Arizona and see all the complaints against this rotten company. Order any specialty keys or remotes from the dealers, not this company. Stay away Stay away Stay away, nothing but trouble!!!!!

If it makes anyone who's had the misfortune of dealing with this company feel any better, I just received a letter in the mail today from the Ariz. State Attorney Generals office that they are finally taking action against them!!

Thank God!!! These people have been ripping off unwary consumers for far too long!!

was sent order of two keys after filing this report with BBB of Arizona two weeks later only to find out that they are bad keys by two different dealers. One of the dealers are going to order new ones for me and swap them out for the ones that don\'t work for a nominal fee.

hopefully this nightmare will end this week.

Ordered key remotes and covers for which I received an invoice. Three days later I received confirmation and USPS tracking number. Inputted tracking number into USPS and it came up no listing. E-mailed company numerous times. I attempted to call numerous times no avail. When calling number get recording saying techs busy try e-mailing. Searched complaints many similar. filed a complaint with BBB of Arizona. They have multiple complaints. Do not use this company.There are numerous complaints on internet wish I did some background checking before ordering from this company if it is a real company.again do not use.

Originalkeyless.com Sucks!

Same complaint as others have mentioned. On 5/19/09 I placed an order with Originalkeyless.com. They charged my credit card and sent me a notice that my order had shipped on 5/21/09. The shipping notice included a USPS Delivery Confirmation number. When I tried to check the status of my order with USPS, the USPS website indicated that Originalkeyless.com had filled out a Delivery Confirmation form on the USPS website but never delivered/sent the package. This company sucks! Don't do business with them - you'll regret it. I have sent Originalkeyless.com several emails about the situation. I received one response - they gave me my same shipping information again. Still no package as of 6/6/09.

I'M 300 MILES AWAY AND IT'S BEEN 13 DAYS. THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER.

COST ME $82.48.

I WAS INFORMED THAT THE KEY AND REMOTE MIGHT NOT WORK. SOUNDS LIKE A CHINA SCAM LIKE THE ROLEX WATCHES.

I did eventually get my remote, but it didn't work with my vehicle. Then when I returned it they claimed they never received it (even though I followed the directions EXACTLY on where they wanted certain stickers placed on the return envelope).

I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Kind of pissed them off a little so I got a little satisfaction anyway.

They didn't get their money either. If you paid by credit card, put in a dispute. My card company reversed the charge.

Cheap lesson for me.

Every time I order something from a company that I've never dealt with before, I do a search for their company name and "complaints". I think it has saved me a lot of frustration.

OriginalKeyless fraud. Order shipped late and not new condition.

I ordered a keyless entry devise on 1/17/09. I was told it was shipped on 1/24. Shipment not received as of 2/6. Followed-up on 2/6 and 2/12 only to receive E-mails Nicole C. "Tech Support" about their shipping process and information that I already had. Item allegedly shipped USPS and could not track. Devise was finally received on 2/23/09. It was used (not new), lacking the strap and ring (as represented on their website) and the button symbols were worn off. Contacted OriginalKeyless again asking them to contact me via phone asking that a new replacement be shipped UPS. Never received contact via phone or E-mail. This company is a fraud and will be reported to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I returned my beatup used remote ( paid for new one )I sent the original invoice which was $127.49 and this TERRIBLE company returned $89.99 which is the cost of buying a used remote . I payed for a NEW REMOTE and they screwed me .

I filed a complaint with the BBB in Arizona . This company has 228 complaints in the last 2 years .STAY AWAY

OriginalKeyless.com never shipped order

Do not order from this company. You can not contact them when they do not ship. Invoice ID: 0000010913 Ordered on 8/1/2008, My card was charged on 8/4, and I received a shipment notification on 8/6. The tracking number is not valid. It was transmitted to USPS, but never delivered to them. 912180****907030****11 The company does not answer their phone at 928-772-****. All Email replies tell me to wait. It has been a month and was shipping via First Class. This is simple theft and mail fraud. Do not order from this company. Don Hall Magnolia TX

Well I have read the reviews above, unfortunate as I have read them to late. I am in the same boat as the rest of you.

It's funny because I sent an email prior asking for advise on ordering the right product. They gave me the answers quite quickly. Now it has been over a month and I can't get through to them yet. I will be asking my credit card company to reverse the charges and I will provide them the electronic link to the website and full name of website so they can put an alert on their end.

What a GONG show this is. Cheers...

They never answer the phone and I get *** responses from them on my emails. I'm launching a fraud complaint with my credit card company today.

Ditto. I notified the Phoenix Better Business Bureau, Az Attorney General about fraud and US Postal Service about mail fraud since OriginalKeyless blames the post office if product isnt delivered.

I ordered from them because they were a "sponsored link" (paid for) on Google so I also gave Google feedback on their advertiser.

(showed Google all of the complaints turned up on a Google search on OriginalKeyless). Dont be an original clueless and order from them.

OriginalKeyless.com Never Shipped Item but Charged Credit Card

I ordered a keyless remote from OriginalKeyless.com on April 30th and a couple days later received payment confirmation via email. On their site they say that they send shipping information within 72 hours of payment receipt but 4 days later I had not received any information. I attempted to call the number on their site several times, (928) 772-****, but just got an answering machine message instructing me to contact them via email. I sent them an email asking whether my order was shipped and requested the shipping information. They informed me that my order was shipped and supplied me with its associated tracking information. I checked USPS' website using the tracking information supplied to me weekly only to find each time that OriginalKeyless.com had only informed USPS of the package but had not yet shipped it. Several weeks later and after several attempts to contact them later, I decided to check on the internet to see if others have had similar problems with the company. It turns out that many others have complained about OriginalKeyless.com scamming them by never delivering their order but claiming that it has been shipped. In addition, they have unsatisfactory status with the Better Business Bureau for similar issues. After reading the abundance of complaints for OriginalKeyless.com and waiting over a month for my order, I became unoptimistic that my shipment will be sent and reversed the charge placed on my credit card. I do not recommend shopping at OriginalKeyless.com and wish that I had done more research before purchasing from them, it would have saved me a lot of time and effort.

I have ordered a key on 16 of July and didn't get it yet. The company has the same number for FAX and voice phone, and when you call - there is always auto reply suggesting to send an e-mail.

The USPS trucking number isn't a tracking number, but a "delivery confirmation number" (I called USPS), USPS don't track packages using that number.

I called my credit company also. I didn't like that they keep credit card security number in the receipt.

Your story is exactly what happened to me with OriginalKeyless. They are huge crooks, I can't believe the law hasn't caught up to them yet. At least I have learned to research internet companies before buying.

These people are running a scam. I wish I read the reviews before we dealt with originalkeyless.com.

We ordered the remote, the instruction were wrong, so we got the proper instructions from another source. The remote would not work so we returned it.

Our account has not been credited. We have sent at least 5 emails and have gotten no response from them.

The worst is that when you call them by phone, only an outgoing message answers and the system does not take messages. It just says to email the company. We have never been able to get a live person and have called several times.

I took up the matter with our credit card company, but we were past the limit to make a claim. Basically the company stole our money.

Absolutely a terrible company. They should be put out of business.

If you have already placed an order, contact your bank (number on the back of your credit card) and tell them what happened. Get your money back!
